These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Habitoflow ("we," "us," or "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Habitoflow provides habit tracking, journaling, analytics, and optional AI-assisted features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age required in your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). Fees, renewal, and cancellation are shown at checkout and in your billing portal. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until you cancel.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access others' data, disrupt infrastructure, scrape at scale in violation of our policies, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. AI features
Outputs from AI features are informational and may be inaccurate. They are not professional, medical, or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on them.
6. Intellectual property
Habitoflow and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these Terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
