Why not just use…

Notes, reminders, or a blank ChatGPT tab

Those tools are great for capture and one-off nudges. Habitoflow is purpose-built for repeated behavior: a dated log, a calendar you can read at a glance, and (on Pro) coaching that can reference your actual streaks and journal—without you re-explaining your life each session.

Generic tools

  • Notes — great for ideas, weak at "did I actually do this Tuesday?" across weeks.
  • Reminders — fire on a schedule; they don't show rhythm, gaps, or goal deadlines in one place.
  • Plain ChatGPT — no durable habit graph unless you paste context every time; easy to get generic advice.

Habitoflow

  • One log for quit / keep / build habits with honest streaks and a mobile-first check-in.
  • Calendar + goals so planning and follow-through sit next to each other—not buried in folders.
  • Coach + Insights (deeper on Pro) tied to what you already recorded—not a blank prompt box.

Open Coach for a conversation, or Insights on Pro for trends and scores from your own history.

Early users

Specific wins, not hype

Paraphrased feedback from beta testers and early customers—roles are real; names are shortened for privacy.

I stopped opening five different apps. Overview in the morning, calendar on Sunday night—that’s the whole system.

Maya K. · product designer · Portland

The free tier was enough for three habits. I upgraded for Insights when I wanted to see which ones were actually sticking.

James R. · engineer · remote

Coach pointed out my weekend drop-off using my own completions. Felt specific—not a pasted motivational paragraph.

Questions

Quick answers

Is Habitoflow really free to start?

Yes. On the free tier you can track up to 5 habits, 5 tasks, and 3 goals with Overview, Calendar, Journal, and Coach (with monthly credits). Pro removes those caps and unlocks Insights plus deeper coaching context.

How is Coach different from generic chatbots?

Coach is scoped to habits and follow-through—not general knowledge trivia. It can use what you’ve logged in Habitoflow (more on Pro), so you’re not pasting your whole routine into a blank chat every time.

What do I get with Pro?

Unlimited habits, tasks, and goals; analytics and habit scores from your own history; richer Coach context; export; and other Pro-only touches. Upgrade only if the free tier stops being enough.

How does billing work?

Checkout runs on Stripe—price is shown before you pay. We don’t keep your full card number on our servers. You can manage or cancel from the customer portal linked inside the app.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes. The app is built mobile-first: thumb-friendly check-ins, bottom navigation, and the same data on desktop and mobile.
